What’s your refund policy?

How are your products made?
Everything is produced on demand using high-quality DTG printing or embroidery. This helps reduce waste and ensures each item is made specifically for your order.
Will the colours match what I see on my screen?
Slight variations can occur due to different screen settings and printing or embroidery methods. We always aim for consistency and quality.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders enter production quickly because everything is made on demand. If you need to make a change, get in touch as soon as possible. Changes aren’t guaranteed once production begins.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Different products are produced in different fulfilment centres. If your order includes items from multiple facilities, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the fulfilment centre assigned to your item, and the size and weight of the product. More detail is available on our Delivery Pricing & Shipping Information page.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking availability may vary by region and carrier. Check out the Shipping and Tracking Policy
How long does my order take to arrive?
Each item is made on demand. Production usually takes 1–4 business days, and shipping typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location and the fulfilment centre that handles your order.

We ship to a wide range of regions, and your available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your location. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the fulfilment centre assigned to your order.
